2. Scope

This policy applies to the tianjicore.com website. Our products VEO (veolocal.com) and RiveX (rivexcore.com) have their own privacy policies and terms, published on their sites.

3. Data we process

Browsing. This site has no user accounts, forms, payments, analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Language preference. If you choose a language, it is stored only in your browser’s local storage. It is not sent to our servers, and you can clear it with the button at the end of this page.

Technical data. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP address, browser and time) to deliver content and protect the site from abuse. Our origin server does not keep visitor access logs.

Email. If you write to us, we process your email address and message to reply. Email is received and sent through service providers (Cloudflare, Google and Resend).

4. Purpose and legal basis

We use this data only to answer your enquiries and to keep the site available and secure, in accordance with Ecuador’s Organic Law on Personal Data Protection. The basis is your consent when you write to us and our legitimate interest in site security.

5. Retention and sharing

We keep email messages for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for advertising.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion, objection to processing, or portability of your data by writing to [email protected]. You may also file a complaint with Ecuador’s personal data protection authority.
